TSR Legal have a brand-new opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm in Swansea. The firm are seeking a diligent Corporate Commercial Paralegal to manage an established caseload. Role:
As a Corporate Commercial Paralegal, you will be entrusted with a robust caseload, providing invaluable support to the firm's esteemed clientele. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to drafting legal documents, conducting research, and liaising with clients to ensure a seamless legal process.

Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal within a corporate commercial setting.
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualifications.
- Demonstrable ability to manage a comprehensive caseload with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in legal research and the preparation of legal documents.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous professional development.
