A leading global insurance broker are currently looking for a Corporate Insurance Account Handler to be based in their Birmingham office to join their ever expanding team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced client relationship professional with an insurance, broking or financial services background with experience of handling large commercial risks with strong technical knowledge of insurance in the UK including property, liability, motor and personal accident.
·Providing day to day service to specified clients
·Supporting Account Executives through the renewal process
·Preparing London Market Broking documentation including insurance market presentations, MRC slips and endorsements
·Checking of insurance registers and other documents
·Negotiate renewal terms on specific classes of business
·Handle queries from clients, brokers, account executives and others
·Prepare premium allocations including overseas tax calculations
·We'd like you to have previous experience in this type of Insurance industry client facing role handling large commercial risks
·You'll need good PC skills including Word and Excel
·You'll need to be able work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
·ACII qualification would be advantageous
