Corporate Account Handler

A fantastic opportunity has come to market for a Corporate Account Handler to join a friendly independent insurance brokerage with lovely Manchester City Centre offices.

If you are an experienced Account Handler with a proven track record of managing large corporate risks, then this could be a great new role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Working very closely with Account Executives providing strong technical and administrative support.
• Dealing with renewals and mid-term adjustments effectively on behalf of clients.
• Assisting in the growth of a book of business through ensuring high retention levels and providing a first class broking service to prospective new clients.
• Delivering a high quality service to clients, ensuring they receive the correct cover at the best possible price.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven Commercial Insurance experience as Account Handler with a track record of dealing with large commercial/corporate risks.
• Able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a wide range of different commercial products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop excellent working relationships with a range of people in the corporate world whilst delivering an outstanding service.
• Insurance qualifications, preferably to DIP level.
