An excellent opportunity has come to market with one of the world's largest privately owned insurance brokers, who are recruiting for a Corporate Account Handler to join one of their specialist teams in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to work for a business that holds an outstanding reputation in the market and prides itself on being one of the UK’s best insurance brokers to work for.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Servicing of an existing portfolio of UK based business.
• Dealing with renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Being in direct contact with brokers on a regular basis.
• Keeping an eye out for and identifying opportunities for business development.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Ideally you will have proven experience within the corporate insurance space. However, an Account Handler with a strong cross-class commercial background with the ambition to step up into a corporate role with support will also be considered.
• Will possess excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Will have a good attention to detail, along with strong communication skills.
• Have an awareness of regulatory controls and a familiarity with bespoke IT programs.
• Will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Qualified to ACII level or be willing to work towards.
