A Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought to bolster my client’s well established Residential Property department based in its Nuneaton office.

TheRole

This Conveyancing Position will see you manage a low volume caseload of transactions to include:

• Sales & purchases
• Leasehold & freehold
• Auctions
• New build
• Right to buy
• Shared ownership

AboutYou

You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with at least 3 years of experience in handling an independent caseload of matters.
