  • Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload to include:
  • Sales & purchases of residential property 
  • Re-mortgages
  • Residential property investments and lettings
  • Shared & joint ownership
  • Probate sales
  • New homes
  • Matrimonial transfers
  • Help to Buy

What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
  • Lawyers with at least two years residential conveyancing experience are encouraged to apply
