Due to succession planning, this position comes with an established client base offering a comprehensive high-quality caseload, comprising of sales and purchases, transfers of title and remortgages, with additional exposure to commercial conveyancing. 

Heading up this area of law for the firm, you will have the opportunity to grow the team in the future, which will be within the confines of a friendly and close-knit firm, that is dedicated to offering an excellent work/life balance.
