Our top legal client are currently searching for a solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Maidstone on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time in the office, Monday to Friday.

Key experience to include:

  • Transfer of Equity.
  • Stamp duty returns.
  • Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases.
  • Acquisitions and refinancing.
  • Lease renewals and deeds of surrender.
  • Title checking and search reports.
  • Remortgages and enquiries.
  • Utilities agreements.
  • Managing a full caseload from pre to post-completion.
