A highly regarded property firm based in Manchester is currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Sales Progressor to drive revenue into the business in as short as time as possible, working alongside the panel of solicitors to ensure the quickest timescales for completions is met for the firm’s clients.
You will be required to have previous property experience from either a Sales Progressor or Conveyancing Legal Assistant background.
Salary - £22,000 - £25,000 DOE with an OTE between £30,000 - £50,000
Hours - 38.75 hours per week (7.45am - 4.30pm or 8.45am - 5.30pm)
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Location - South Manchester - Free onsite parking
Duties include:
- Oversee the progress of property sales from acceptance of an offer to completion
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other agents to gather and provide necessary information
- Monitor and update all parties on the status of property transactions regularly
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, solicitors and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the conveyancing process
- Resolve issues and answer queries promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeaner
- Request and analyse solicitor progress updates
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner
- Monitor of land registration for speed of sales progression prior to being passed to solicitors
- Identify and address potential issues that may arise during the sales process, working proactively to find solutions
