This is an opportune time to join a thriving firm as a Conveyancing Paralegal/Junior Fee Earner. Your duties will be varied and may include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages; transfer of equity; auction properties and; submitting and reviewing searches. Applications are encouraged from Paralegals with solid experience of residential conveyancing.
You will be technically skilled and knowledgeable in conveyancing matters.
