Location: Maidenhead, UK
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our reputable high street law firm based in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be able to handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Providing advice and support to clients throughout the process
* Managing all aspects of the transaction including due diligence, title checks, and drafting contracts
* Working closely with other team members to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to clients
* Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing
* A strong track record of managing a high volume of cases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
* Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
* Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
