Conveyancing Assistant
The Job:
We are delighted to be assisting our client with their need for a Conveyancing Assistant for their busy department which is based in Patchway, Bristol. This role will be supporting an experienced and busy Solicitor with residential conveyancing. Your role will be progressing property matters from instruction through to completion. You will work alongside the Solicitor and will deal with the non-complex more straight forward conveyancing cases. You’ll speak to clients to keep them updated of progress on their property. Other day to day responsibilities will include:
- Drafting documents
- Transfer of equity
- Land registry requisitions
- Diary management
- Update the case management system
- Billing
- Opening and closing case files
The Person:
For this role our client is seeking someone who has residential conveyancing legal experience already. You’ll be confident with the conveyancing process, able to undertake transfer of equity and land registry requisitions. Our client is also looking for someone who is motivated, professional and has excellent client care. You will be able to work under pressure and work to deadlines.
The Salary:
£25-30,000
The Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Patchway, Bristol - 100% office based
