Hybrid with occasional work in Wrexham

Full-Time

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Conveyancer to join our client's conveyancing department in Shotton, with the added flexibility of predominantly working from home.
This role also offers occasional work in their Wrexham office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence
  • Crafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Collaborating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Providing expert guidance on property law matters
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards

Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong grasp of property law and conveyancing processes
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
  • While a driving license and access to a car are advantageous, they are not mandatory
