Our client is a family run business based in Potter bar who due to growth are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their small team of 8.

In this role, you will be working closely with and reporting to the Contracts Manager. Working within a team of administrators, you will be expected to manage engineer diaries, book engineer appointments, process engineer jobs and to liaise with clients; plus other duties listed below.

The successful candidate will earn £25,000p/a - £30,000p/a, depending on experience.

Are you the right person for us?

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • A can-do attitude
  • Be adaptable and able to think on your feet
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but is not essential.

What will your role as a Contracts Administrator look like?

  • Manage engineer diaries
  • Booking of engineer appointments
  • Processing of engineer Jobs
  • Liaison with the client
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Liaison with tenants
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Data inputting
  • Obtaining quotations and information for Tenders
  • Working closely with Contract Managers
  • Produce contract reports
  • Ordering materials

The role is office based with hours of 8-5pm monday to friday.
