Contracts Managers, Surrey/ SW London

The client; is a cleaning and maintenance services provider. The company is currently going through significant growth

The role; involves managing your own time/ traveling to various client sites within Surrey/ London. You would be responsible for liaising with and running cleaning and maintenance contracts for their customers

Your general duties would include;

  • Visiting client sites to ensure contracts are running smoothly
  • Review and improve contract management performance
  • Ensure service levels are being exceeded through effective communication and delivery of a high level of customer service
  • Improve business processes and support Continual Professional Development of all employees
  • Develop, build and strengthen client and resident relationships
  • Ensure consistent growth in developing client add-on revenue and pipeline streams
  • Support the HR Manager with recruitment/ H&S activities/ HR Processes/ HR reports

Previous experience / skills

  • Previous experience of managing contracts- preferably cleaning, maintenance or retail
  • Customer service orientated communicator / proven relationship building experience
  • Experience of managing budgets and KPI’s/ meeting targets
