Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Bristol or South Wales

Salary: From £48,0000 to £54,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Contracts Manager for a full time permanent position in either Bristol or South Wales

This position will be working within a team of contracts managers that deal with the planned and reactive maintenance across the South West and Wales. Each contract manager will manage a portfolio of commercial sites averaging around £1.2 million as well as a team of mobile and static engineers.

These engineers will include commercial gas, electrical, air conditioning and fabric

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a Contracts Manager. We would prefer this person to have a technical background within commercial building services maintenance. They need to be based in a commutable distance to Cardiff or Bristol

Requirements

• Strong working background in Building Services Maintenance
• Experience as a Contracts Manager
• Based in a short commute to Bristol or Cardiff
• Good technical knowledge (mechanical or electrical)
• Experience in running maintenance contracts with a value of over £1 million
• Good at supporting engineerstechnically and personally.
• Very client focused
• Excellent communication skills
