Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Bristol

Duration: Permanent

Salary: OTE £55,000

We are looking for an experienced Contacts Manager, preferable from a commercial maintenance background for a full time permanent position based in Bristol area.

This position will be managing a number of commercial sites across the South East in relation to mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance.

A large part of this role will be the management of compliance as well as supporting the clients and engineers.

The right person for this position will already have management experienced. We would prefer them to come from a technical background, however the experience in managing compliance and planned maintenance management is just as important.

It would be an advantage if this person has working experience within the police, ambulance or fire services and has an understanding of how they work and their auditing processes.

This is an office based position with the occasional site meeting

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial maintenance management
  • Must have a strong knowledge of compliance
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based in a short commute to Bristol
  • Good technical knowledge of M&E Maintenane is preferred
  • Knowledge of the emergency services contracts would be an advantage
