Contracts Manager

The Client is looking for a Permanent Contracts Manager due to them winning more work and needing an additional person.

The Client is a Main Contractor that are turning over around £15m a year. They do work across healthcare, Education, Commercial and Retail.. Their jobs are predominately fit out and new build. They have just jobs that are coming up in South Yorkshire and Anglia- one is a new build and refurb on a commercial project and the other is a refurbishment of a healthcare project. Both projects will be on site around 10-12 months. The Candidate will oversee both of these projects.

The Candidate must be based local to either the sites or to the head office in the South West.The Candidate will oversee the sites, manage the health and safety compliance They will oversee sites, deal with health and safety compliance, manage the programme management, liaise with the client and oversee the site managers.

Salary will be £50,000-£55,000 + Car Allowance (Dependent on experience)

The Candidate must have experience as a project manager and they must have experience running a new build from inception to completion.

The Candidate is looking to hold interviews within the South West and Cambridge area, with a view to bring someone onto the team in February.
