The projects are within the South West and typically range in value from £200K to £3 Million. They are generally high spec, intricate jobs sometimes requiring significant structural and engineering works for demanding clients who expect the very best.
We are looking for an experienced high calibre contracts manager who is comfortable running between 1 and 3 jobs depending upon the size and complexity. It’s envisaged you will spend about 50 percent of your time on site and 50 percent in the office. You will have full office and site support in order to complete jobs on time and budget.
