Contracts Administrator

You’ll be:
- Providing general admin support to the contracts team.
- Managing online document exchanges, uploading, and downloading design drawings and other correspondence or documentation.
- Assisting in the procurement of materials for projects by sending enquiries to suppliers, obtaining quotes, and raising orders.
- Typing correspondence and organising travel and accommodation as needed.
- Document control and general administration experience with good Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- Good typing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle and prioritise a busy workload.
- A confident team player who is organised and proactive.
