We are looking for a Contract Monitoring Officer to join us on a 22 hours per week permanent contract based in either Cirencester, Coleford or Witney. This role will be part of the Leisure and Wellbeing team working across the three partner councils, supporting the contract monitoring activities for the Leisure services.

Your responsibility will be to ensure contract compliance and to monitor performance and to collate and review data and information. The role requires regular travel to attend meetings and to undertake site visits to engage with providers, colleagues, and customers. Working with your stakeholders, building, and maintaining effective and positive relationships will be a big part of your role.

You will need

  • Relevant professional qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in the leisure industry, a similar field or transferable skills.
  • Confidence and experience in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good level of IT skills - MS Office and experience of using service support systems

Special conditions

  • Ability to travel with a Full UK Driving License and access to a car
  • There may be a requirement to work at other Publica Group (Support) Ltd and/or client locations to meet the needs of the business
  • You will be expected to work reasonable additional hours in line with the needs of the service
