Position: Contract Manager/ Site Manager

Location: Central Newcastle

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £48,000 to £52,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Contracts Manager/ Site Manager for a large commercial site in Newcastle.

This Manager will be running over a dozen M&E Engineers across this large site. This will include assisting them with technical support, training, rotas, hr issues etc. They will also be running the site dealing with the site health and safety as well as being the main contact for the client, making sure that the contract is run on budget and to the client requirements.

The right person for this position will already have a strong background in Building Services Management. They need to be technical with either a mechanical or electrical qualification and very client focused.

We are not looking for a site manager construction.

Requirements

  • Strong working background in Building Services Management
  • Must have technical experience (mechanical or electrical)
  • Must have experience with finances as well as profit and loss.
  • Based in a short commute to Newcastle.
  • Need to have experience working on high end commercial sites.
  • Experience in running a large team of engineers.
  • Must be very client focused.
