Requirements of our Grounds Maintenance Contract Manager

• Experience managing a team of Supervisors, Operatives and fleet.
• Experience of managing a portfolio of commercial grounds maintenance contracts.
• Must be confident using IT, programmes and apps.

Desirable but not essential

• Royal Horticultural Society qualifications

Responsibilities of our Grounds Maintenance Contract Manager

• Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for a team of site managers and operatives.
• You will manage a large portfolio of commercial works including Housing Associations, Schools and Business Parks within London and the South East.
• You will take full ownership of your region and be client facing, ensure contractual compliance, budgets, recruitment, health and safety, reporting and the full spectrum of Contract Manager responsibilities.
• You will ensure your team are motivated to deliver high quality grounds maintenance services in line with client’s expectations.
