A Contract Head of Product - Employee Collaboration Platforms / Senior Product Manager / Senior is needed by a leading global consumer services group to build and execute a roadmap for all employee collaboration platforms across Europe. They have a number of group companies, brands and teams with tens of thousands of employees, this role involves creating the technology platforms to facilitate work productivity, mobility and collaboration, regardless of location. You'll lead and report to a steering group and take the program through discovery, vendor selection, implementation and employee adoption.
The Contract Head of Product - Employee Collaboration Platforms / Senior Product Manager / Senior Program Manager will:
*Create a vision for employee collaboration, including use of cloud services, employee communication (voice, video, messaging, mobile, etc) & work collaboration.
*Link strategic vision to a product roadmap for the future.
*Create and approve a project roadmap, articulate business value to relevant groups, gain support/signoff and then work with internal and external teams to build/execute.
*Work with marketing teams to create communications plans to drive employee awareness, adoption and to minimise fear and resistance.
*Lead and report to a European steering group, comprising departmental leaders from all areas of the European business.
*Manage senior internal stakeholder relationships, as well as relationships with technology, design, UX, IT, HR and external suppliers.
*Create meaningful metrics to understand efficiency gains, problems and further opportunities.
The Contract Head of Product - Employee Collaboration Platforms / Senior Product Manager / Senior Program Manager must have:
*Previous experience creating large scale European/global platforms for employee productivity, communication, collaboration and mobile working - products like Office365, Cisco Spark, G Suite, etc.
*First class stakeholder management experience, articulating business cases to senior leaders, engaging with people at all levels and different cultural backgrounds.
*Strong project management experience, ideally Agile and Waterfall.
*Strong commercial acumen with ability to solve commercial problems with technology solutions/products.
*Experience of complex international matrix environments.
*Strong digital product management experience, with internal facing systems from any industry such as SaaS, eCommerce, FMCG, Gaming, Finance, Insurance, Retail, Media, Pharma, Publishing, Technology or similar.
