Are you highly customer focussed?

Can you commit to a fixed Term Contract from February to July?

Due to the nature of this contract you will not be able to take holiday within these dates. However on completion you will receive a bonus of £750 for continuity of service across the contract together with accrued holiday payment.

As a Customer Account Manager your will be responsible for developing relationships with a number of existing customers.

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and dealing with all types of queries with a problem solving attitude.
  • Working to monthly individual and team targets.
  • Working through target task lists.
  • Tracking jobs throughout their progress.
  • Providing concise quotes for various products where necessary.

You will:

  • Have excellent customer focus.
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Be a dependable team player.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
