My client is looking to recruit a contract administrator to assist with the day to day management of their North London Council Contracts. Your daily duties will include the following: raising permits and work orders for branch and contractor works, answering and dealing with phone and email queries into the company mailbox from the clients and residents, producing client reports on a weekly and monthly basis whilst providing general office administrational support to internal stakeholders, managers and operational staff.

This role will ideally suit somebody who already has some administrative experience and is now looking to develop their experience with an international construction and utilities company. This role, whilst initially contract, will develop into a permanent position for the right candidate and further support and training will be given as your career development progresses.

Other duties in this position such as updating the computer database with health and safety issues, insurance claims, the raising of invoices/timesheets and specific industry matters will be covered during the on boarding training. The need to bring strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail is a must, along with the ability to multi-task and to communicate with multiple levels of internal employees, and externally with clients, customers and contractors.

Office based, this is a contract to permanent role for an initial three month period working 40 hours per week.
