Contentious Probate Solicitor

I ama currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to join my client in Wrexham as a Contentious Probate Solicitor. If you have a passion for law, a strong background in probate disputes, and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as solicitors and barristers, to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated with relevant legislation and legal precedents in the field of contentious probate.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 2] years of post-qualification experience in contentious probate.
  • Strong knowledge of probate law, estate administration, and inheritance rights.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling and successfully resolving contentious probate cases.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
