Construction Project Manager - Fit-out

RGB Recruitment Ltd are working with a leading specialist contractor who are recruiting for an established Project Manager to join their team due to new project awards.

Their market is resilient and due to sustained growth across their core sectors - high spec leisure, hospitality and commercial schemes.

The Project Manager will be taking the lead on the £3m fit-out from shell of an exclusive Restaurant in the city.

You should be a seasoned Project Manager able to deliver the scheme and assume responsibility for Client interaction & communication, Health & Safety compliance. Quality and pushing the programme to ensure timely delivery to budget.

You'll need the usual SMSTS, CSCS Card & First aid at work plus previous fast track, high end fit-out experience. Great at communicating and negotiating, you should have a sound grasp of IT packages and project software and a passion for delivery.

This circa 20 week contract commences imminently but also paves the way for more work further North if desired.
