A forward-thinking and expanding Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to become a pivotal part of their Manchester team.

This consultancy, known for its comprehensive expertise across various construction sectors, offers a vibrant workplace environment for those passionate about driving projects to successful completion.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be at the forefront of managing a diverse portfolio of projects, covering sectors such as retail, leisure, workplace, mixed-use, residential, industrial, public services, education, and healthcare.

This role demands a professional who can seamlessly navigate through the complexities of large-scale projects, ensuring the highest standards of delivery through strategic guidance and effective project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Strategic project execution and quality planning.
• Effective team selection and procurement execution.
• Comprehensive risk assessment and planning strategy.
• Implementing planned maintenance approaches and conducting optioneering studies.

The Construction Project Manager

• Accreditation by RICS, APM, CIOB, or actively progressing towards such accreditation.
• Holder of Project Management qualifications, preferably Prince 2.
• Demonstrated experience within construction consultancy or client-side organisations.
• A proven track record of successfully managing a variety of projects in the built environment, particularly within a consultancy context.
• A proactive, hard-working ethic and a strong commitment to teamwork.
