This esteemed consultancy is involved in a diverse range of projects spanning across Commercial, Leisure, Residential, and Retail sectors.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will lead from the front, demonstrating exceptional skills in assembling and motivating creative project teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

The Project Manager's responsibilities are extensive and include:

• Budget Management
• Development of Business Case & Strategy
• Change Management
• Management of Completion & Handover
• Conducting Conditions for Success Workshops
• Consultant and Contract Management (familiarity with NEC & JCT is essential)
• Contractor Procurement and Design Management
• Employers Agent & Development Monitoring
• Providing Executive & Detailed Reporting on Project Progression
• Conducting Feasibility Studies and Gateway Reviews
• Overseeing Lead Consultant / Contract Administration Duties
• Managing Occupational Commissioning and Construction Management

The Construction Project Manager

• Demonstrable experience in Programme & Project Management, specifically within the sectors of Commercial, Leisure, Residential, and Retail.
• Proven skills in Risk Management, Site Investigations, and Planning Studies.
• Expertise in Value Management and Strategic Procurement Advice.
• Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities.
• A track record in Project Team Procurement, Evaluation & Selection.
• Qualifications in relevant fields and industry-specific certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
