Location: Southend on Sea area - Office based.

Salary: £25,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

Currently working alongside a well-respected and expanding brokerage based in Leigh on Sea who are looking for a Construction Broker to join their team.

This role will be working with the company to assist with the growth plans for 2024 and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• To arrange placement of new business clients who have shown interest in a quotation
• To be organised and efficient when dealing with client and Insurers
• Build relationships and offer support where required
• To be target driven and sales focused

Required:

• A minimum of 1 year Insurance broking experience
• Knowledge of the Acturis system is beneficial
• Administration skills
• Eager and driven to succeed
• Professional telephone manner
