Concierge Consultant - Business Travel Meetings and Events

Due to the growth in business, our client is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge Consultant to elevate the services provided to their Business Travel Clients within the Meeting and Events division. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional concierge, meeting, and events experiences, our client is eager to hear from you!

Concierge Consultant - What will I be doing?

  • You will expertly handle group, event, and conference requests, providing bespoke services to complement our business travel team.
  • Coordination of group flights using various airline systems is a crucial aspect of the role.
  • Organizing individual bookings for travel to and from conferences or events is a primary responsibility.
  • Efficiently managing block hotel bookings, ensuring streamlined room management.
  • Facilitating meeting room hire with or without accommodation.
  • Executing flawless coordination for conferences, team-building experiences, private dinners, Christmas parties, company summer BBQs, and incentive reward travel.
  • Utilizing Excel to create detailed spreadsheets and reports for clients.
  • Efficiently managing and maintaining the meetings Outlook mailbox.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing back-office reject queues Invoicing out Hotel, Car, and Ancillary billbacks.

Concierge Consultant - what experience do I need?

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Business Travel or Leisure experience in a Trainee or Consultant role (Essential). A working knowledge of a GDS is required Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel is essential.

Concierge Consultant - what else do I need to know?

This role is a hybrid role with 1 or 2 days a week in their offices in Hampshire. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 and both full time and part time applications will be considered - if part time it would need to be a minimum of 3 full days. The salary is paying up to £28k plus bonus.
