We are actively looking for a Compliance Surveyor to join a housing association on an interim basis in the Nottinghamshire area. You will receive £25.50 to £27.50 per hour, hybrid working, mileage covered, and the opportunity to be extended.
As the Compliance Surveyor you will be:
  • Covering the big 6 of compliance specifically fire safety and asbestos.
  • Supporting the Building Safety manager for high risk residential buildings. This includes remedial works and fire regulations.
  • Effectively manage and monitor budgets that relate to the delivery of compliance
  • Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate
  • Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved

Qualifications the Compliance Surveyor will need:
  • Previous experience of delivering compliance safety including fire safety in a social housing setting
  • Experience working with the big 6 of compliance
  • Experience working with IT systems
  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications
  • P405, P402, P407, W504
