Due to growth my client, a leading Financial Services company, currently seek an experienced Compliance / Governance specialist to join their Employee Benefits division.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring staff competency across the Group Risk division
  • Assessing customer claims, complaints and appeals
  • Ensuring delivery of any legislative or regulatory change
  • Developing and delivering process, procedural and system initiatives to ensure teams consistently deliver a first class service
  • Using data and case studies to identify potential service issues / trends that should be reviewed
  • Conduct and deliver regular audits regarding service standards covering customer experience, claims activity, complaints and appeals.

Applicants must possess Compliance / Regulatory experience from the Financial Services Industry having dealt with complaints, appeals, service audits etc. You will possess outstanding communication skills with the ability to assess and analyse data to identify issues and provide solutions to mitigate on-going risk. You will enjoy sharing knowledge with operational colleagues to help them deliver a first class service and be able to represent the department in meetings.
