We are recruiting for a Compliance administrator/resourcer to work in our Leeds office starting from the 1st April 2018. Below is a brief description of what the job role will entail.
Prospero Teaching recruits exceptional teachers for various assignments across the UK. Our Leeds branch covering the whole of Yorkshire. The role of the compliance administrator is to help support our experienced consultants in vetting / clearance for work prior to assignments. Keeping on top of monthly and annual compliance checks. Help with advert writing / marketing, Resourcing for new candidates and conducting interviews etc.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants a career withing compliance within a growing and expanding business or for someone who would like to learn more about recruitment and would like to one day become a consultant.
Compliance Administrator role:
Working alongside recruitment consultants to clear candidates to work within the education sector
Administrating candidates clearance prior to working for the agency, running reports to make sure fully compliant to work through Prospero
Reporting to branch/ team managers with reports of clearing information, number of candidates working, clearance status etc.
Compliance Administrator requirements include:
Preferably experienced in compliance, not just in recruitment, but for under writing for example
Would need to have an administration background
Ideally Degree qualified
Ability to touch type but not essential
Exceptional phone manner is a must
