Due to continued growth and success, our hugely respected client is seeking to recruit a driven, innovative and experienced Private Clients - Complex Household Loss Adjuster, who has proven experience in providing a market leading service and product and providing exceptional customer service at all times

In this role you will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate and report upon property claims and take pride in providing exceptional customer service throughout, you will demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery and hold the ability to communicate effectively and proactively with all relevant parties by the most effective and expeditious means, prioritising the use of telephone contact, ensuring that claims are proactively managed

Key Skills:

• High level of knowledge of Property related claims and principles

• Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example

• Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation

• Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards

In return, the client offers a very competitive salary and attractive benefits package and offers the role with full flexibility regarding working remotely and working from home

Salary £60,000 to £70,000 plus incredible benefits
