Job Description

  • Design and manage compensation strategies, including salary structures and bonuses.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems linking employee performance to rewards.
  • Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Oversee a team of payroll administrators.
  • Support the HR team with compensation & benefits queries.

Skills

  • Must has previous experience in a Compensations & Benefits role
  • Experience in using Willis towers Watson or other benchmarking & job evaluations.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • IT skill s including HRM system and Microsoft Office Packages.
