Opportunity with a top offshore law firm and professional services provider as a Company Secretarial Administrator, advising global financial institutions, corporations, public entities, private equity firms, investment funds, and high net worth individuals. In this role, you'll manage administrative tasks for corporate and fiduciary clients, prioritising excellent service. You'll handle the full client life cycle, from on-boarding to ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administration support for corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring excellent client service levels.
  • Manage client relationships and transactions effectively, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks including client on-boarding, statutory filings, and documentation drafting.
  • Liaise with clients and service providers to meet transnational obligations and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records and registers for client entities.
  • Assist with director's and member's meetings coordination and documentation.
  • Process invoices and payments for client entities using banking platforms.

Requirements:

  • A proven academic background with a relevant professional qualification (such as ICSA at foundation level or higher) or working towards such relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum one year of company secretarial experience with UK corporate service providers.
  • Knowledge or ability to research into the UK Companies Act.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft desktop software.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and independently, and driven towards career progression.
