Role: Community & Operations Manager - BTR

Location: Chelmsford

Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Sunday 5 days over 7 ( 1-2 Saturdays per Month)

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 + 10% Bonus

Looking for a new role in BTR? I'm working with a client who is looking for a Community & Operations Manager for their exciting new build-to-rent community in South West London. Your role will be the heartbeat of the development, orchestrating seamless day-to-day operations, serving as the welcoming face for the residents, and leading a team to elevate the resident experience.

You will be part of operation of the building, ensuring all resident services are executed with precision and delivered promptly, setting a high standard for excellence in every aspect of community living.

About you:

* Significant experience of delivering excellent customer service and effective supplier management

* A people person and strong ability to build a rapport instantly

* Excellent team management and communication skills

* Strong drive to achieve targets and objectives

The Role:

* Ensure high standards of property care and maintenance within budget, aligning with regulations and service agreements.

* Support General Manager in implementing effective building processes, complying with industry standards and regulations.

* Contribute to client reporting on lettings and operational budgets.

* Implement engagement strategies, including resident communication, events, and feedback initiatives.

* Manage the team to enhance customer experience and serve as a representative for the development.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement a content calendar for social channels.

* Ensure proper implementation of Health and Safety policies, maintaining a safe environment.

* Oversee annual testing and training to ensure compliance and robust records.

* Exemplify organisational values and behaviours.

* Foster peak performance through goal-setting, personal development, and team meetings.

* Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and timely work delivery.

* Manage contractors, handle disputes, and resolve service issues with third parties.

* Assist in recruitment, training, and talent development.
