As a Community Nurse delivering NHS services with us you will receive AFC 20/21 salary and terms and conditions – including an NHS pension and mileage payments. We also provide laptops to support mobile working, uniforms and all the necessary equipment to support you to provide high quality assessments to your patients.
We’ll provide you with access to a committed Learning and Development team, and we work closely with Universities and Health Education England to further your potential and support your progression.We will offer a combination of in house eLearning, workshops and courses to support your development.

You will be a motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse who has previous experience in wound care, end of life care and IV-therapy. As a community nurse you will visit housebound patients in their own homes to undertake holistic assessments.
You will be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning delivery and evaluation of patient care, to maintain high standards of care.
