Community Nurse Supervisor

Must be a driver: You will be travelling to and from clients' homes within the community, areas covered currently are Sapcote, Burbage, Narborough, and Hinckley. Care calls can be 30 minutes upwards.

Duties

As a Community Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring excellent client care. Here's what you'll do:

• Provide direct clinical supervision to a dedicated team caring for a client in Hinckley.
• Oversee and sign off on staff competency in essential care skills like ventilation cough assist and PEG feeding.
• Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for your team.
• Adhere to the centres for disease control and prevention, occupational safety and health administration, and other governmental regulations.
• Use good judgement when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
• Log in and out of care calls and complete care notes.
