Community and Operations Manager - Build to Rent - Rochdale

Our client, a leading figure in the Build to Rent sector, is seeking a Community & Operations Manager to spearhead the operational management and customer service delivery of a distinguished residential scheme.

As a Community & Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the residential experience, fostering a sense of belonging, and elevating the overall quality of life for their residents.

The Role: As the Community & Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring the smooth running of our residential building, delivering exceptional resident services, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Reporting directly to the Multi-site General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and act as the face of the development, embodying our client's vision and values every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing operational processes to ensure effective budgetary management and outstanding customer experience.
  • Leading on leasing activity for the development - ensuring occupancy and renewals are as high as possible.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, while also engaging with local businesses to enhance service offerings.
  • Overseeing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for social channels.
  • Championing our client's values and fostering peak performance through effective people management.

What We're Looking For:

  • ARLA qualification (or working towards it), First Aid, and Health & Safety certifications.
  • Previous experience in managing residential building operations, including budget management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
