• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise commodity sourcing.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
• Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of commodities.
• Regularly review and analyse market trends and pricing data.
• Work closely with other departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement department.

Profile

A successful Commodity Manager should have:
