TN Recruits Law are working alongside a thriving legal firm, guided by values of respect, innovation, and collaboration! They are actively seeking a talented Commercial Solicitor to join their dedicated team.

Role Overview: As a Commercial Solicitor, you'll take on diverse responsibilities:
  • Unfair prejudice petitions
  • Director / shareholder disputes
  • Director breach of duties
  • Breach of contract claims
  • County & High Court attendance where necessary
  • Drafting commercial agreements
  • Supplier service agreements
  • Consultant agreements
  • Construction agreements
  • Drafting Shareholder, Partnership & Joint Venture agreements
  • M&A
Location & Benefits:
  • Hybrid work arrangements  - Tunbridge Wells office
  • Competitive salary up to £60,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm working hours.
