This friendly and successful law firm is searching for an additional commercial solicitor or legal executive to join the busy commercial law team

What will you do?  

In this role you will be advising commercial clients on all their business matters to include: 

  • Joint Ventures
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Shareholder and director rights and responsibilities
  • Succession Planning
  • Management Buyouts
  • Company Restructuring
  • General commercial contracts 
  • Intellectual property

What will you need? 

  • This is a hands on role and you will ideally need at least 1 year of experience within commercial (and/or corporate) law 
  • You will be given much client contact from day one and be encouraged to build your own client relationships 
  • Newly qualified lawyers with good commercial experience should also get in touch 
  • Interested candidates from an in-house background should also get in touch
