Our client is a successful and growing legal firm with a head office based in Bristol and other offices based around the South West and Wales. Their clients include those local to the South West and Wales, UK national clients and international clients. They are proud of their highly experienced and knowledgeable lawyers.

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting them with their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor based in their Bromsgrove office.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor for our client you will have 3 - 5 years PQE and this will be to join their Commercia Property team, providing quality advice to clients and supporting colleagues and assisting with the ongoing development of the department and firm overall. They are looking for someone who is able to deal with a varied caseload.

The Person:

For this role our client is ideally seeking someone with the following skills and experience:

  • The successful applicant must have significant experience (a minimum of 3 years PQE) with a good working knowledge of commercial property matters
  • Must have a proven track record in managing your own caseloads
  • Be a team player with good communication skills with the ability to work with, and be supported by, a Trainee Solicitor and Legal Assistant.

The Benefits:

23 days plus bank holidays, parking, company pension

The Location:

Bromsgrove, 100% office based. (with car parking)

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm

Dependent on experience
