COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, NQ-3 YEARS’ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, £40,000+ (DOE) - This successful and fast-growing firm are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their progressive department. JOB REF: 5339

• You will be joining a highly competent team and have access to a shared facility of secretarial support and case management system.
• Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance is required.
• Suitable candidates will have up to 3 years' PQE and must be comfortable operating under their own autonomy but will also be an integral part of a larger firm-wide team.
• You will act for property investors, developers, banks and occupiers, this highly experienced team of real estate lawyers provide specialist advice and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Their Hertfordshire office is enjoying solid growth which, coupled with an existing need to recruit has created the opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor to contribute to their continuing success.
