Due to their continued growth an opportunity is available for an MRICS Commercial Property Management Surveyor to join their successful team in Manchester.
Being part of a very busy management team, you will be responsible for managing a mainly Retail based portfolio spread throughout the UK for one of the company’s key clients. Your role will be based from the clients’ office in Manchester City Centre with you visiting the Head Office in London a couple of times per month, therefore giving you the opportunity to become an integral member of the firm. This could be the ideal opportunity for somebody looking to move their career forward in a reputable and highly successful firm, where you will be an individual and not just another member of the team.
As an expert in Property Management you will enjoy meeting clients and occupiers and have a practical understanding of all matters relating to property and estates management. Day to day responsibilities will include tenant liaison, dealing with landlord and tenant matters, client reporting, and service charges.
As the successful Commercial Property Management Surveyor, you will;
- Be MRICS qualified
- Be passionate about Property Management
- Be a confident communicator
- Have the desire to complete work to an exceptional standard in order to maintain the firm’s superior reputation.
- Be proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
The following benefits package is available to the successful Commercial Property Management Surveyor
- Salary up to £45,000 inclusive of car allowance, plus standard company benefits
