OB TITLE: Commercial Property Fee Earner or NQ
HOURS: Full time
SALARY: £25-£45,000
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
My client is a fantastic firm in Greater Manchester looking to take on a Commercial Property Fee Earner or NQ to join a busy team due to growth.
The Day to day Commercial Property duties include:
* Playing a vital roles in establishing and growing the commercial property department.
* Manage a suitable case load of varying commercial property work.
* Generate new work for the commercial department.
* Ensure all activity is completed in accordance with SLAs.
* Attend dedicated training sessions, 121s, and team meetings.
* Respond quickly and efficiently to all client's needs and requests.
* Achieve individual and team KPIs and targets.
* Be compliant with all regulations and company policies at all times
The ideal Commercial Property candidate will have:
* Experienced in a wide range of commercial property work
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Consistently make client service delivery your priority
* Able to thrive and in a fast paced environment.
* Organised and efficient
* Ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic can do presence to the business.
