The Role

Through further planned growth, this award winning firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer.

As an experienced member of the team, you will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, meanwhile contributing to the networking and marketing efforts within the team.

Whilst this position sits within the wider Real Estate Group; this role will include/ have more of a Development focus; where work within the team includes:

• Development (Landowners & Housebuilders)
• Landlord & Tenant
• Funding of development sites
• Conditional sale agreements
• Option agreement
• And more..

There is the ability to shape the role around the individual, and you do not have to come from a pure Development background to be considered.

This opportunity comes with plenty of scope for further progression as part of their growth plan; so if you are a Lawyer lacking Support, Autonomy, Recognition, Progression or Reward – this is one for you!

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Lawyer with 3 PQE +
